TORONTO — Sherritt International Corporation (“Sherritt” or the “Company”) (TSX:S), a world leader in the mining and refining of nickel and cobalt from lateritic ores, today announced that Andrew Snowden, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position to pursue an opportunity outside of the Company. Mr. Snowden will provide a smooth transition through his resignation date, which is effective December 31, 2020. Nathan Reeve, currently Sherritt’s Vice President, Finance, will assume the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis effective January 1, 2021.
