Tiverton Agricultural Society News

Tiverton Winterfest was again a big hit. It’s great to see so many people come out and enjoy the festivities. Mother Nature was on our side with plenty of snow. Thanks to the volunteers and the organizers and of course everyone that came out. Looking forward to next year.

We held our Annual meeting Tues. Jan 28th with 17 members in attendance. At this time we would like to thank our 2019 Executive and to welcome our 2020 Executive, and wish them a successful year.

There are some Judging Schools coming up around the District, if you are interested in becoming a Judge for the Fairs in the area this is a good place to start or you can up date your skills or if you are a Director or an exhibitor interested in judging procedures and standards.

April 4 there will be a Crafts, Scrapbooking and Fine Art Judging School.

May 2 for Vegetable, Fruit, Eggs, Honey and Maple Syrup and Field Crops judging school,

May 23 for Quilting, Sewing and Needlework (no crocheting or knitting)
